Since Banito was a child he claimed he would build a Motor Cross track in Dili. Everyone said it was impossible and when he started building it 4 years ago, he was told he would never finish it. Now, if you go to Dili anyone will be able to show you the way to the great Delta Speedway. At the officially opening in December 2005, President Xanana Gusmao acknowledged Banito.
