Candido Alves
Candido liked photography since he was little. Inspired by a television show about a cameraman and photographer reporting in the field, Candido then participated in Internews Timor-Leste workshop on photography in 2000. He worked as a reporter (writing & contributing photos) for Timor Post daily newspaper in Dili 2000-2004. Currently he is based in Dili working as a photographer stringer for AFP (Agence France Press) and at Radio and Television Timor-Leste as a reporter.
